Tangjiashan flow rate graph

This is a quick, back of the envelope graph of the reported flow rate at Tangjiashan.

The dramatic rise in flow rate is clear, but so far this is not catastrophic. The next data point is the key one - can anyone provide it?

    Discharge increased to 6440m3/sec at 10:45 (Beijing time).
