Typhoon Morakot mudslides: Before and after photos of Shiaolin (Hsiao-lin) village in Taiwan

    these photos are unbelievable, and crazy! Sometimes de nature is very ruthless.

    Thank-you for posting the before and after pictures. I get my 'news' from the web and couldn't find any pictures of the affected area from before the typhoon. I don't think most folks can 'get' the scale of the destruction without something to compare it to. Thanks again for adding another dimension to the coverage.
